I own a JR-3 18×8 Japan Racing rim with Uniroyal Rainsport 3 tires at Toyota Celica and here’s a photo from the scales:

The weight may not be too professional but the Japan Racing JR-3 rim along with the Uniroyal Rainsport 3 tire weighs 19.1 kg.
